Big news! The city is launching the new Oracle Cloud system. To login, select “Oracle Cloud” and login with the “Company Single Sign On” link.
If you need to access information in the old Employee Self Service system, select the “ESS” link.

To view your past paystubs, W2s, etc. visit the page linked below. Please note that if you need to make any changes to your information or need to view current paystubs, etc.; you’ll need to use Oracle Cloud. If you have any questions, please contact hrhelp@chattanooga.gov, if you use the link below, you must be connected to VPN and use the firefox browser.
